I was surprised with ANOTHER Scream Queens Season 2 Promo. This one is Much longer and features most of the main cast excluding Keke Palmer‘s Zayday. The music, that attitude and the fashion are all at maximum Scream Queen and I CANNOT wait for September 20th! Which FYI is three days before my B-Day. YAY ME!

Afternoon (Bruce) Everyone! I’m bored here at work since I’m amazing and constantly on top of my shit. So I thought I’d share some NEW photos thanks to EW from this season of Scream Queens.
As You (Bruce) know I am a crazy fan of this show. The humor hits me just right and the horror tickles that little psychopath inside my head. Today EW has unveiled their TV goes Back to Work photo spread and Scream Queens was one of many that received an early set visit. Take a peak at the hot (Pink) photo’s below.
The fashion, the glamour and the Accessories seem to be just as on point as last season. Now I’m dying to see some actual story footage and a glance at the new killer!

It’s finally happening Idiot Hookers! Season 2 of Scream Queens began principal photography early last week and already we have glimpses of what is sure to be a fantastic season. Along with season one survivors we have a couple fresh faces along for the mystery this time around. Joining vets Emma Roberts, Lea Michele, Abigail Breslin, Keke Palmer, Billie Lourd & Jamie Lee Curtis will be Taylor Lautner & John Stamos. Colton (Baby daddy) Haynes is also set to appear sometime this season.
As we now know this season takes place at a hospital now run by Dean Munch, according to the creators we should expect a darker tone as well as a lot more humor. This makes me VERY happy. One thing lacking from last season were any actual screams. I’m hoping for a spike in the scares department this time around.

FINALLY we have official character and plot details as well as confirmed cast for Season 2 of Scream Queens.
The cast of season one joined Brad Fulchuk who created the show along with wonderboy Ryan Murphy for Paley Fest this past Saturday. During a panel Brad and the cast talked about the experience of season one as well as what we can expect going forward.

First the cast. We have official confirmation that Glen Powell, Abigail Breslin, Keke Palmer& Billie Lourd will be returning as their original characters from season one. I am so happy we got the rest of the Chanel’s back, it just wouldn’t be the same without #3 & 5. We have Keke Palmer’s Zayday Williams back but noticeably missing is her bestie and season one protagonist GRACE played by Skyler Samuels.
I think most would agree that Grace was the least interesting character from season one and I’m sure the Scream Queens crew took notice. I literally wanted to rip my eye balls out whenever she was on screen. Who we all want to see are the Chanel’s and I’m going to guess they will probably be more front and center than last season.
These returning cast mates join the already confirmed Emma Roberts, Lea Michele, Niecy Nash & Jamie Lee Curtis.
All in all I am very happy with the returning cast and so excited to see who they cast as the four new characters who we know will be doctors. I’m going to assume Glen Powell’s Chad will be one of the doctors, I mean that practically writes itself with the kind of character he is. Harry Styles has been rumored to be joining the cast since season one was still airing. However we got the official answer as to whether or not he will be appearing and the answer is NO.
This doesn’t bother me one way or the other since I’m not a screaming thirteen year old girl. He’s cute but…I mean so are a lot of actual actors.
Now on to the story details that were revealed. Here is a quote from Brad himself from an article by Deadline –
“Dean Munsch has moved on to great success, she’s abolished the Greek system in the country…she’s written her book, she’s traveled the world, and is like, ‘I need a new mission”
He went on to say that the beloved Chanel’s have – “flipped and taken their education seriously while in the institution”
It was revealed that the main story will follow Munsch as she buy’s a hospital that she will run to her own liking as well as take on any weird or strange case that no one else will. She will be joined by Zayday who is working under the Dean as she furthers her career as a med student (Wasn’t she trying to be a politician?).
Also attending med school and working at the hospital will be the three Chanel’s who have been exonerated and freed from the asylum we last saw them condemned too. We are left wondering for the time being as to whether “flipped” applies to personality when it comes to the Chanel’s. Their main selling points are their sharp tongues and fabulous outfits.
I think i speak for all that when i say we hope both aspects of these characters remain intact somehow.
Denise Hemphill is back as a high ranking FBI agent who gets caught up in a new murder investigation taking place at the hospital. Little was said about lea Michele’s “Hester” other than she will be intimately connected to the events going on.
Season 2 will begin filming this summer in time for the fall season but no air dates have been set. Scream Queens is one of several shows moving filming to California due to the new tax incentives. Season one filming took place in New Orleans.

Scream Queens
Scream Queens official Instagram posted this pic of Brad Falchuk, Ryan Murphy and some other guy they didn’t bother to name so neither will I. Looks like writing has officially begun on the second season of Fox’s Scream Queens. I am BEYOND thrilled. We also got confirmation that Miss Oberlin herself Emma Roberts will be back for the next season. Now all I need is confirmation that Chanels #3 & 5 Billie Lourd and Abigail Breslin will return and I can breath easy. No word on when production will officially begin. Here’s hoping to more casting and story news in the coming months
X Files
As a huge X files fan I was beyond excited when I heard they were bringing the series back for a short run. A six episode 10th season. The response to the mini series has been overwhelmingly positive from the fans while critics have had harsher words for the reunion of Fox Mulder and Dana Scully. However the the show has scored through the roof in viewership. So it really comes as no surprise that FOX wants to move forward with a second mini season. Even talks of another movie have been going around.
That being said the biggest issue FOX will have in getting the next season together comes from the cast themselves. While all seem game to come back for more, scheduling them all together is what will be the problem. Gillian Anderson is a Brit now and lives on the other side of the pond with her family, she’s already expressed her feelings on uprooting her life to continue shooting in Vancouver. Here’s what a few FOX big wigs had to say thanks to Movieweb.
“The biggest impediment to going forward with ‘The X-Files’ is the schedule of David and Gillian and, to an extent, Chris…but even the other night at the premiere, we were all laughing and joking that we would love to do this again. So we would be on board if schedules can be worked out.”
I’m sure we can expect much more news following Mondays season Finale.
Captain America: Civil War
Thanks to JoBlo take a look at Empire’s EXCLUSIVE Captain America: Civil War cover. Here we see Steve Rogers face off against supposed friend Tony Stark. It’s a pretty bad ass image and will sure to sell big. The early buzz for this film has been incredibly positive with most touting this as the best Marvel film to come out so far. Even the performances are being praised, that’s saying a lot coming from a comic book movie. I cannot wait until the April 29th to witness what is sure to be a game changing showdown for the Avengers. Take a look at the cover below
Home Release Recommendation
I thought I’d start a section where I recommend new Blu-Ray or DVD releases. This month i HIGHLY recommend you check out Guillermo del Toro’s latest Crimson Peak. It’s an absolutely gorgeous Gothic romance/horror. From the costumes to the music to the cinematography there’s is so much to take in while viewing this film. The story is a pretty basic ghost story with a few dark twists and turns. The performances from Mia Wasikowska, Jessica Chastain and Tom Hiddleston are sublime as well.

NOW for my first content post I’d like to take a moment to talk about how I now have a reason to continue living this year as SCREAM QUEENS was just renewed for a SECOND season by FOX.
I’m not gonna lie when i say I’m surprised. Despite the fantastic amount of viewers that tuned in for the premier and finale episodes, It seemed like the public for the most part didn’t get the show or care all that much about it. WHICH is entirely insane considering the fabulous cast and outrageous outfits, I mean come on- who cares about a plot going no where quick when you have Emma Roberts spouting the bitchiest reads while wearing a giant fur coat? All in All i LOVED this show and its bitchy commentary and I am so excited to see where Ryan Murphy takes the next season.
Originally when Ryan Murphy was asked about where He and his team would go for the second season he mentioned an idea about setting the story at a Summer Camp. Like American Horror Story, Scream Queens is also to be an anthology- meaning each season would take place in a different setting and feature a different Killer/s. UNlike AHS surviving cast members will return playing the same character as the season before.
However Thanks to EW we now know that Ryan has since changed his mind and the second season has been confirmed to take place at some kind of hospital. I’ll refrain judgment until I see exactly how they go about this because it seems eerily similar to AHS S2 which as we all know took place at an asylum. The Summer Camp idea felt like a great setting to take the Scream Queens cast and slaughter them one by one. Speaking of the cast WHO will return? It looks like most of the leading cast had multi season deals so getting them to come back probably wont be too hard. But HOW will they return to the story in a way that makes sense seeing as the Chanels (Who are by far the BEST thing about the show) were last seen locked away in an asylum with Miss Oberlin about to be shanked by a NEW? Same? Hester? Red Devil.
I guess we will just have to wait for more tidbits of news once this season gets closer to filming like the Idiot Hookers we are:)
